Saeed Rashed Saeed was born in 1991 in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. At the age of 20 he joined the Abu Dhabi based theatre group 'Resuscitation Theatre' and began performing as an amateur stage actor. It wasn't long until he began independently producing and directing short films. He went on to helm his feature film debut 'then.'
Kanat Rymtayev

Kanat was born on July 23 1992, in the small industrial town of Ekibastuz in Kazakhstan. He currently resides in Almaty. Kanat shot several documentary short films for TV such as a series about the Kazakh diasporas out of Kazakhstan and the hockey team Barys. He also shot a couple of TV shows: Detective Janro and Sketchcom. HEEN (or then.) marks Kanat’s second feature film as a director of photography.

Mad-Rabdan is an Emirati actor born in 1990. Growing up in a modest Arabian household, cartoons and drawing helped express himself better. At the age of 18 he started screen acting mostly in independent projects. Later in his twenties he got involved with nonprofit theatre companies in Abu Dhabi while finishing Bachelors and Masters in Finance. In 2020, he completed a year of Performing Arts training in France. His first major role was in the Emirati series, the Platform. Mad is the lead in the independent feature 'Then' coming 2023.

Suhaib Abdullah was born on July 22, 1983 in Dubai (UAE). He is known for the short films The Customer (2016), The Remaining Time (2017) and Asli (2019). He attended several training courses in filmmaking. Musk (2018) was his debut feature film role.
Huda Daud

Huda Dawoud was born in Abu Dhabi in 1990. Cinema was always a far-fetched dream, but her ambition and curiosity drove her to reach out to it. She started her journey in performing a short play that was a paid tribute to the late actor Abdulhussein Abdulridha. In 2017, she joined an intensive acting workshop with the great Dr Habib Ghuloum. She had her screen acting debut in Saeed Rashed’s feature film Heen (then.) in 2021.
